Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and learn about our products to assist effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a memorable experience
* Provide exceptional service and help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor
* Maintain shop floor and back of house tidiness
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches
* Follow all FatFace policies and procedures
* Ensure GDPR compliance at all times
