Job Description:
* To maintain food hygiene standards whilst preparing nutritionally balanced meals for patients.
* To maintain a high level of hygiene within the kitchen environment, complete documentation and assist in Menu Preparation.
* To involve patients (where applicable) in home baking and involve them in the arranging of the Facility's Menu.
* To assist in the ordering and stock take of food within the service.
* Ensure your own and others health and safety whilst at work
