Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor Needed
One of Quilter Financial Planning's Key Accounts is entering an exciting new stage of growth, and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our team.
With access to an existing client bank, regular quality leads, and full administrative support, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with clients and is passionate about providing clear, trusted advice.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients' individual needs.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
· Conduct client meetings in-person, online, and by phone.
· Prepare fact finds, meeting notes, and supporting documents.
· Make sure client requirements are managed through to successful completion.
· Ensure all advice and recommendations meet regulatory requirements.
· Maintain accurate client files and records in line with compliance standards.
· Grow the mortgage and protection client base through referrals and networking
· Contribute to business targets and overall team success.
· Work closely with Client Services team and fellow advisers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
Requirements
· CeMAP or Equivalent qualified
· Proven track record of success as a Mortgage Broker (typically 3+ years).
· Excellent knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
· Experience of working in a regulated environment with a clear understanding of compliance.
· Experience using CRM and mortgage sourcing systems.
· Evidence of business development and client bank growth.
