The B2B Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of the B2B department. This role bridges communication between the warehouse floor, customer service, and account management teams to ensure all retailer and wholesale orders are processed accurately and on time. You’ll be responsible for managing the admin side of B2B fulfilment from preparing documents and shipping labels to maintaining records on Monday.com and ensuring compliance with retailer requirements such as Selfridges, John Lewis, Ocado, and Holland & Barrett. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting the operational flow from order creation through to dispatch. Key Responsibilities: · Monitor and maintain order management system, ensuring all jobs are created, tracked, and updated accurately. · Prepare and print packing lists, delivery notes, carton/pallet labels, and other supporting documents for each shipment. · Support creation and review of retailer-specific documentation (e.g. carton- and pallet-level packing lists). · Liaise daily with the warehouse floor team to confirm order status, shortages, or special requirements. · Support the Manager with data entry, reporting, and daily planning of outgoing jobs. · Assist with repacking, relabelling, and FBA (Amazon) rework coordination where admin support is needed. · Maintain accurate stock and location data within the WMS and ensure correct flow between B2B and B2B-PICK locations. · Communicate with Customer Service and Account Management teams to confirm completion, booking collections, or raise any exceptions. · Ensure shipping labels and courier documentation (Royal Mail, DHL, S&S, self-collection, etc) are prepared in line with customer requirements. · Support continuous improvement by flagging process gaps, mischarges, or missing cost recovery (boxes, labels, pallet use, etc) Requirements · A proactive, can-do attitude · Previous experience in fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse administration essential. · Experience working in retail / wholesale environments (preferred but not essential) · Strong working knowledge of Excel, Monday.com, and warehouse systems. · Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment. · Confident communicator with both warehouse teams and office departments. · Understanding of retailer compliance requirements (packing configuration, delivery documents, booking procedures). · Ability to prioritise tasks, follow clear processes, and maintain accurate records.
