About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a progressive and ambitious Senior Electrical Engineer (or above) to support our work within the Operational Assets team in the Southwest.

Responsibilities
* Supporting and delivering designs and managing a range of project types and sizes.
* Working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality service for clients, ensuring new and repeat business opportunities are developed and profitability achieved.
* Translating client visions into reality through refurbishment projects, central plant replacement, and carbon reduction initiatives.
* Managing projects to avoid technical and commercial risk.
* Maintaining strong professional relationships through regular site visits and surveys.
About You
* Pragmatic individual who analyses logically and applies engineering principles to develop client‑focused solutions.
* Strong technical knowledge in primary electrical engineering discipline and relevant UK/EU regulations, design guides, etc.
* Good understanding of secondary engineering disciplines.
* Experience conducting post‑occupancy engineering services activities.
* Experience working on projects in existing buildings (refurbishment and fit‑out).
* Ability and interest to manage projects to avoid technical and commercial risk.
* IT literate with understanding of relevant IT packages.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills to work to time‑scales and deadlines.
* Effective interpersonal and influencing skills to develop relationships.
Role requires regular travel to site; driving licence essential.
Minimum security clearance level of BPSS is required. Existing security cleared applicants are welcomed.
