The Digital Marketing Manager plays a vital role in planning, managing, and deploying marketing initiatives for the company. Your responsibility is to support our client in delivering a diverse range of initiatives across the online and offline marketing mix, including assisting with event management and marketing systems management. This role provides core support for all marketing functions and business-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the execution of digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and administrative activities.
* Lead special projects working closely with relevant departments on technical marketing activities such as updating buyer personas, market insights reports, and focus groups.
* Devise and execute digital marketing strategies.
* Develop and implement strategies for new asset development in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Support Event Coordinators with operational needs for events, including health and safety, AV, and additional support.
* Coordinate and prepare all marketing reports on a monthly and quarterly basis in concise business English.
* Manage internal marketing communications with staff.
* Oversee award submissions and compile information from team members.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on new business development tasks, such as pitch decks and presentations.
* Coordinate corporate responsibility activities, reports, and submissions.
* Assist in preparing client proposals for new projects.
* Manage operational expenditure budgets for each building.
* Oversee fundraising activities and systems management for corporate responsibility initiatives, working closely with the Brand Director on strategy and execution.
