Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Salford from September 2026.

About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe and supported
* Plan engaging activities that promote early language, communication and social development
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with the Early Years team
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
* Be passionate about child-centred learning and inclusive practice
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Be warm, patient and committed to supporting every child's individual needs
* Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community
