We’re seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our team, covering residential and commercial properties across the South East, including London. This is a regional role with a genuine work-life balance, supported by the tools and time you need to carry out thorough assessments.
The Role
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will:
Carry out Type 1–Type 3 fire risk assessments on-site (Monday–Thursday).
Use a Fire Assessment App on iPad/Android to complete reports on the day.
Benefit from Fridays set aside exclusively for report write-ups – no site visits.
Work regionally, avoiding excessive national travel.
Attend regular CPD sessions to maintain and develop your skills. You
To succeed as a Fire Risk Assessor, you’ll need:
Proven experience delivering fire risk assessments.
A recognised qualification in fire safety management and/or risk assessment from one of the following (or equivalent):
Fire Protection Association (FPA)
Fire Industry Association (FIA)
Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE)
NEBOSH
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, timely reports. What’s in it for you?
