The team you'll be working with:
You'll be working with NTT Data UK&I Salesforce Practice under the Delivery and Governance Sub practice, and will be joining the Development team for Public Sector / Service Cloud clients.
What you'll be doing:
1. A proactive, self-starter who will lead a Development Team
2. Produce designs when required
3. Represent the team on client calls and conduct client presentations
4. Experience of Salesforce Service Cloud - must
5. Willing and able to attend the customer's site in central London if required (though predominantly working remotely)
What experience you'll bring:
1. 6+ years of relevant Salesforce Development Experience
2. Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud hands-on configuration and administration (including lightning page layouts, email/routing, custom object definition, list views, dynamic forms)
3. Expertise in out-of-the-box capabilities of Service Cloud including Entitlements / SLA Management
4. Implementation of complex Salesforce Flows
5. Knowledge of Salesforce Apex and LWC development
6. Git software version control
7. Familiarity with Salesforce SFDX / Visual Studio Code
8. Comfortable with agile delivery using Jira task management
9. Experience with DevOps deployment – CI / CD pipeline
