Trainer - Mortgages Up to 30k Hybrid/Remote depending on location Our client is a technology-focused Mortgage Network, offering support services to Mortgage and Protection Advisers. Their goal is to continue to be the best home for Mortgage Advisers, Protection Specialists, Equity Release experts and General Insurance professionals, whatever their size or location, using market-leading technology. The Role The role will involve conducting regular training sessions with network members to ensure they are equipped to transition into the network and beyond to ensure ongoing competency. Whilst most courses can be delivered remotely, some courses will require face to face delivery at the head office in Leicester. Key Tasks : Conduct regular training sessions to small groups of Advisers. To support with the administration requirements of the department. To manage and update the online e-learning assessment system to ensure new recruits, existing Advisers, Controllers and support staff (ARs) and internal staff are robustly assessed on an initial and ongoing basis. To arrange or directly provide any required training to internal business staff as requested by team Managers. Where necessary, make recommendations to the Training Manager where training needs are identified. To support the Training Manager with the development of new training courses. Ensure all notifiable events are reported to the Compliance Director in a timely manner. Attend training/development events as required by the business. Continually develop knowledge of all required financial services product and procedures. To support the Training Manager with the development and designing of training as required. The ideal candidate should have the following experience/skills : Good working knowledge of the mortgage industry. Outstanding listening and communication skills. Highly organised and ability to multitask. Strong relationship development skills. Good team player with ability to work under own initiative.
