The role:
Working for a large Housing Association, this role is an ongoing temp contract covering a patch in East London.
Repairs role covering Damp and Mould, Insurance cases, some Disrepair, general Day to day repairs.
Hybrid working available - do your admin / reports from home when not out on inspections
Looking to interview and start asap.
Key Experience:
Experienced construction professional. Able to diagnose repair issues and suggest remedial action. Ideally within Social Housing.
