This is an exciting opportunity to step into a trusted and varied role where you'll quickly become an integral part of the team.This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in being reliable, organised, and proactive.The RoleWorking closely with senior leadership and the wider finance function, you'll provide essential day-to-day finance and administrative support across the business.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the day-to-day running of the finance functionManaging accounts and finance administration tasksMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationSupporting business operations during ongoing organisational growth and changeWorking collaboratively with internal stakeholders and the wider teamAssisting with ad hoc finance and office support duties as requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe're open to candidates from a variety of finance backgrounds, particularly those who have experience in a similar role or business environment.You'll ideally have:Experience with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll is essential for this role.Previous experience within a finance/accounts roleStrong organisational and communication skillsThe ability to manage workload independentlyA proactive and dependable approachExperience working within a busy, team-focused environmentQualificationsAAT qualifications are welcomed but are not essential .If you have strong practical experience but haven't completed formal qualifications, we'd still love to hear from you.Training & DevelopmentWe genuinely invest in our people.For the right candidate, the company is happy to support professional development, including funding for AAT training and qualifications.
