Overview
We are currently seeking to recruit an Project Coordinator to work in our busy Operations Office. This varied role supports our Operations Managers and Project Managers with planning, organising and coordinating our engineering works and on-site based engineers.
Responsibilities
* Support the Operations Managers and Project Managers with planning, organising and coordinating engineering works and on-site engineers.
* Work in a fast-paced environment and use your own initiative confidently.
* Demonstrate good customer relations, effective oral and written communication, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with colleagues at all levels.
* Apply problem-solving and planning skills, maintain excellent organisational standards, and work to deadlines.
* Show willingness to learn and develop, and be aware of financial and cost implications in all activities.
Qualifications
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English is advantageous.
* Previous office-based experience is desirable (full training will be provided).
Miscellaneous
* This role is full-time (40 hours per week) with some flexibility in start/finish times.
* Salary will be dependent upon experience.
