Job description

Were looking for a Service Lead Assitant Manager. A key position that combines hands-on floor management/servce with essential administrative responsibilities. Youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a positive, high-performing team culture.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support daily service, ensuring warm, professional and consistent guest experiences. Leading our team by example, with compassion and fair management style.
* Prepare and deliver weekly staff training, encouraging team development and upholding service standards.
* Oversee essential operational admin supporting the management team if asked.
* Maintain and improve financial performance, including monitoring GP and margins.
* Help implement and uphold systems, standards, and policies.
* Bring ideas, energy and leadership to team meetings and day-to-day service.
* Work closely with the management team to continuously enhance our offering.


What We're looking for:

* Experience managing or supervising a team of 10+ in a hospitality setting.
* Strong financial awareness with the ability to meet sales and cost targets.
* A natural leader who leads by example and motivates others.
* Passion for great food and thoughtful service, with a curiosity for wine.
* A proactive mindset with a desire to grow and evolve with the business.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Good wine knowledge.
