This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator to support pupils as they transition through a key stage in their learning journey. You will have a strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum, including phonics (particularly preparation for the Phonics Screening Check), early reading and writing development, and foundational skills in maths. Experience with end-of-KS1 assessments (SATs) is essential, along with the ability to track progress and tailor learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
