Senior Administrator - Supplier and Commercial
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£27,521 - £28,970 per year

We have an opportunity for a Senior Administrator - Supplier and Commercial to join our Technology Contracts team, based in Worcester. The role sits within Technology, which is responsible for delivering technology capability within Sanctuary Group to ensure employees have access to the systems they need to perform their duties. In this role you will assist in the delivery, improvement and maintenance of effective and efficient Supplier and Commercial administration to support the needs of the team in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant regulations to deliver value for money services
The role of Senior Administrator - Supplier and Commercial will include:
* Manage support processes to ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete records and adherence to Supplier and Commercial procedures in order to ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met
* Assist in the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately
* Analyse Supplier and Commercial queries and Identify trends in customer demand to recommend and support improvements to Supplier & Commercial services
* Support the development and maintenance of effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring issues and shortfalls are addressed and remedied in order to ensure the delivery of high standards of customer care
Skills and experiences:
* Literacy and numeracy equivalent to Grade C English and Maths GCSE
* NVQ3 or equivalent in Customer Services or Administration
* Some experience analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
* Working knowledge of procurement or commercial processes
* Some experience of using financial systems e.g. SAP is desirable
* Ability to update and interpret computerised information and documentation
* Intermediate user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
