Key Responsibilities
* Management of CDE – day‑to‑day platform management, including user accounts, security groups, and ad‑hoc administration requests.
* Interface with Project Team and stakeholders – main point of contact for all CDE system queries and requests.
* Develop & maintain project & contract templates & workflows – create and maintain templates, review file/document links, and resolve locked workflows.
* Manage CDE compliance and provide compliance reports – weekly audits on file naming, storage, access, and system‑generated reports.
* Assist with project set‑ups – create new project and contract workspaces from templates and assign users.
* Maintain user directories – update and maintain access permissions.
* Provide CDE training and maintain training log – organise and deliver training sessions, support on BIM protocols, and keep training logs.
* Develop and maintain user guides – prepare and update training packs, user guides, and reference material.
* Support Work‑stream Assurance & Programme Management Office – provide ad‑hoc reports and information on usage, compliance, and user activity.
* Support design and delivery of CDE initiatives – provide end‑user perspective and support technical design of solutions such as ACC API integrations.
Responsible for managing the operation, standards, and culture of the common data environment. This role is varied and challenging and will involve working with internal and contractor document and contract control teams. The candidate will develop client processes as new CDE procedures roll out across AMP7 and AMP8 capital programmes. Initiative, problem‑solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience implementing document management procedures in a BIM context are essential.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in CDE administration (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Asite, ProjectWise).
* Understanding of standard information management processes and workflows in an ISO19650 environment.
* Experience engaging stakeholders at multiple seniority levels.
* Experience with large‑scale client CDE workflow configuration.
* Experience delivering training sessions, internally and remotely.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting technical and process issues.
You will have excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills, build relationships across diverse teams, and be a forward‑thinking innovator capable of anticipating challenges and responding to change in a rapidly evolving environment.
