Working along side the Accounts Payable team, you will play a key role in chasing funds due to refund from the supply chain (B2B). You will build relationships with suppliers and discuss payment options and calculations to resolve outstanding payments due.
\n\nBenefits \n\nLeading employer and brand (voted "great Places to work UK" )\nExcellent office culture and colleagues \nStructured training and support provided \nStructure, process and system in place \n£up to 28.5k basic \nInitially a 6 months Fixed Term contact Job duties include:\n\nCheck internal systems and monitor any duplicate/erroneous payments are accurately recorded and added to the recovery process \nTo analyse inter-company debt, following up on all unpaid & unapproved invoices.\nBuild and maintain relationships with the supply chain to encourage and chase payments whilst following the recovery process\nTo ensure that all incoming queries via email, telephone or other methods are dealt with in a timely, efficient, and professional manner in the name of excellent customer service.\nTo work closely with the Purchase Ledger manager to assist in developing a culture of "right first-time" within the Purchase Ledger\nEnsuring that all tasks undertaken are performed to the best of your ability, highlighting any concerns as soon as possible. \nCollaborate closely with other department within the wider teams to help resolve discrepancies \nReviewing and assisting to implement changes in policy and procedures.Experienced Needed \n\nStrong organisational attention to detail skills\nGood numerical skills\nProven Credit Control or Income recovery experience \nInterpersonal skills and customer focused.\nAbility to work on own initiative.\nAbility to prioritise critical workload and work under pressure and strict time frames.\nExperience in an accounting team setting.\nAn excellent track record of delivering deadlines. \nWell-developed interpersonal and oral communications skillsFor further details on this exciting new role, please apply today \n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
