Recruitment & Onboarding Support
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate documentation.
* Assist with onboarding procedures, ensuring new hires receive necessary training and materials.
* Support HR managers in employee engagement and training initiatives.
Employee Relations & Support
* Provide administrative assistance in managing employee queries and concerns.
* Support the implementation of well-being and employee recognition programs.
* Assist with HR reporting, compiling relevant data for management review.
Essential Qualifications
Proven experience in HR administration or a related role
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment law
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
CIPD qualification or working towards one (preferred)
