What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead commercial management activities across the project lifecycle.
* Manage contracts and procurement processes, especially within NEC frameworks.
* Oversee post‑contract activities: payment approvals, change management, and cost control.
* Engage directly with clients and contractors to ensure transparency and collaboration.
* Identify value engineering opportunities and drive commercial performance.
* Provide data‑led insights to support informed, strategic decision‑making.
* Prepare estimates from early‑stage forecasts to detailed cost plans.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement, and/or estimating, ideally on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
* Degree‑qualified, with chartered status (MRICS) or actively working toward it.
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management.
* A collaborative, proactive approach – we value clear communicators and adaptable thinkers.
* Ability to balance site travel with flexible, balanced working.
