The Role They are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join there dynamic team. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Contracts Directors, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of electrical installation projects ranging from £10k to £1m. Key Responsibilities: * Project Delivery: Ensure successful execution and completion of multiple concurrent electrical installation projects * Client Management: Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with there established client base * Commercial Management: Project pricing, profit optimisation, and financial oversight * Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet defined timescales and maintain high-quality standards * Technical Leadership: Electrical design, technical submissions, and project reporting * Team Coordination: Oversee site teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers * Business Development: Work with existing clients to identify and secure future opportunities What They Are Looking For: * Experience: Proven track record in electrical project management within the building services industry * Technical Knowledge: Strong electrical background with design and installation experience * Commercial Acumen: Understanding of project pricing, estimating, and profit management * Client Focus: Excellent communication skills and client relationship management * Leadership: Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders * Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project sites across London and Home Counties * Location: Must live within 60 minutes commuting distance of Tunbridge Wells What's On Offer: * Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (negotiable based on experience) * Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on individual and departmental performance (last year £12k-£18k in total over the year) * Company Benefits: Mileage and travel allowance for work-related travel * Work-Life Balance: Standard working hours with genuine work-life balance * Career Development: Opportunity to work on diverse, challenging projects * Established Business: Join a stable, profitable company with 38 years of trading history * Supportive Environment: Work with an experienced, motivated team Ready to Apply?
