To help deliver this exciting programme of work, we are looking for a Stores Operative to join our team in Kinmel Bay, plus our satellite depos within the region This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy operational environment, supporting multiple teams across North Wales while developing your skills and progressing your career. About the Role As part of our Stores Team, you will play a key role in providing essential support to field teams working from our Kinmel Bay yard, as well as maintaining stock and equipment across our Caernarfon and Alltami sites. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors in a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. A full UK driving licence is essential, as travel between sites will sometimes be. For the right candidate, we also offer the opportunity to train for Forklift and Telehandler licences. Key Responsibilities Your role will involve a variety of operational and stock‑management duties, including: Stock & Materials Management Using handheld devices to receive stock requests and prepare job packs for team collection Accepting deliveries, checking quantities, and reporting any supplier discrepancies Handling materials safely and ensuring they are stored correctly within the yard and warehouse Carrying out regular stock counts and highlighting replenishment needs Operational Support Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across stores and yard areas Ensuring all health & safety policies are always followed Reporting potential safety issues promptly and in line with company procedures General Duties Supporting the wider operations team as Reacting quickly to changing business needs and daily deadlines Experience & Skills Needed We are looking for someone who can bring energy, organisation and a proactive approach to our busy stores environment.
