Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at one of our esteemed clients’ premises. You will manage the daily activities of your team, ensuring all colleagues perform their duties professionally and uphold high security standards.
You will work approximately 60 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 20:00.

What you will need:
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
* A valid SIA Front-Line License (essential)
* A valid SIA CCTV License (desirable)
* Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels
* Ability to work to deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure
* Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel)
* Full UK Driving License
* Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What you will do:
* Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks and policies are followed
* Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to incidents
* Lead, manage, and motivate team members, including performance reviews and coaching
* Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation
* Oversee staff and contractor activities, including control of contractors and risk assessments
* Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents
* Regularly inspect security equipment for proper operation
* Investigate security incidents and prepare reports with recommendations
* Maintain effective communication across departments and integrate security measures
* Achieve Corps Security KPIs and assist in investigations of non-conformance
* Stay updated on security trends, technologies, and regulations, recommending improvements
