This a temporary (until at least the end of September 2025) full-time position working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week with an element of Hybrid working, this role offers a chance to support the force vetting unit in a meaningful way! What You'll Do: As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and coordination support to the vetting unit. Your responsibilities will include: Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence with vetting applicants, ensuring clear communication with both new and existing employees. Coordinating and gathering information to input into the Vetting system for presentation to Vetting Officers. Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information within the Vetting systems. Monitoring the vetting inbox and addressing any vetting-related queries, directing information to the appropriate team member as needed. Sending out the correct vetting forms to applicants and verifying the completeness of their submissions before uploading into the vetting database.
