What you’ll be doing
You will be a strategic and data-driven Marketing Automation Manager driving the email and lifecycle marketing strategy across automated customer and prospect journeys for our global audience.
This role will own HubSpot automation architecture, develop scalable processes, drive segmentation and support campaign execution through modern automation frameworks and data led optimisation.
Ideally you will combine strong technical HubSpot expertise with strategic marketing thinking, CRM fluency and advanced data analysis skills to improve engagement, lead conversion, customer retention and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Customer Journey Automation
* Optimise end-to-end automated lifecycle journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention and upsell stages.
* Develop scalable global programs while accommodating regional nuances.
* Implement behaviour-based triggers and personalisation to enhance customer experience.
* Continuously test, refine and improve lifecycle performance through A/B testing and data insights.
Prospect Journey Automation
* Build and manage automated lead nurture programs aligned with the sales funnel.
* Implement re‑engagement strategies for inactive or stalled prospects.
* Collaborate with Sales to align automation with pipeline stages and handoff processes.
* Improve MQL‑to‑SQL conversion through targeted automation flows.
* Assist subscriber marketing initiatives by developing and optimising an always‑on lifecycle email strategy for newsletter audiences.
* Develop advanced segmentation strategies based on behavioural, demographic and firmographic data.
* Maintain data hygiene, contact scoring models and lifecycle stage accuracy.
* Analyse automation and campaign performance metrics; generate actionable insights.
* Build dashboards and reporting within HubSpot CRM to measure performance against KPIs.
* Leverage platform capabilities and emerging analytic approaches to identify audience value and engagement patterns.
Campaign Automation Support
* Partner with the broader marketing team to enable campaign automation execution.
* Build workflows, email programs, landing page automation and trigger‑based communications.
* Ensure campaigns are scalable, measurable and aligned with automation best practices.
* Monitor deliverability, engagement metrics and campaign ROI.
HubSpot & CRM Management
* Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot automation architecture and lifecycle processes.
* Lead Sourcing implementation.
* Optimise CRM data structures to support segmentation and reporting.
* Maintain integration health between HubSpot and other business systems.
* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
* Provide training and documentation for internal stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
* Marketing Degree or equivalent.
* Proven hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM.
* Strong understanding of global lifecycle marketing and lead management processes.
* Experience building complex workflows, scoring models and nurture programs.
* Advanced data analysis skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
* Strong collaboration skills with Sales teams
* Experience supporting multi‑region or global marketing programs is desirable
* Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing attribution models
