Anderson Knight Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established organisation to recruit a confident and proactive HR Adviser. This is a true generalist role, supporting site-based HR operations within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This position offers a high level of autonomy, with responsibility for delivering HR support across multiple locations. While acting as the primary on-site HR contact, you’ll also be part of a wider HR team, providing access to ongoing support, collaboration, and development opportunities.
Please note: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide practical, expert HR advice to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters
* Manage end-to-end HR casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with current UK employment legislation
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support business growth and continuous improvement
* Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as required
* Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites
About You
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with the ability to work independently
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Confident managing a varied and high-volume employee relations caseload
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
* Flexible and willing to travel across Scotland as required
* CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
