You will drive delivery of the contract and lead a wide variety of cross‑functional colleagues to transform customer requirements into reality. Key responsibilities
* Meet the contracted financial and performance targets and obligations through the complete contract lifecycle.
* Ensure supporting functions such as billing, pricing and ordering are delivering for the contact centre P&L.
* Lead delivery of contract management obligations in the respective area (NGN) and manage contractual risks for the lifecycle of the contract, escalating resolution where applicable.
* Manage and resolve conflicts and ensure effective change control of contracts to reduce cost and maximize profit for the business.
* Work with contract assurance and legal to deliver accurate and risk‑averse contract changes.
* Manage the complex P&L for NGN, ensuring forecast accuracy for revenue and cost, margin optimisation and cost control.
* Maintain appropriate governance of all activities impacting financial and contractual outcomes, using robust data for analysis and decision making.
* Build long‑term customer relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, presenting business plans, forecasts and risks to senior stakeholders.
* Build strong cross‑functional relationships and embed collaborative working principles.
