Job Title: Production Operative (Temp to Perm)

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00 (30 min unpaid lunch + two 10 min paid breaks)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role:
Were currently recruiting for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy rural-based manufacturing site on a Temp to Perm basis. Due to the location, you must be able to drive to access the site.
This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, long-standing team once permanent, youll be upskilled across departments and fully trained on both Reach and Counterbalance FLT, which comes with a pay increase.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Labelling, sampling, and decanting liquids into containers
* Mixing solutions as part of the production process
* Moving drums (up to 200kg pivoting/twisting required)
* Manual lifting of up to 30kg
* Completing basic quality and quantity checks
* Recording stock codes and data (basic computer input)
* Rotating through departments based on workload
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
