Our client is a fast-growing innovative consumer healthcare company with a portfolio of recently commercialized women’s healthcare brands and a pipeline of potential blockbusting new launches. Its future is centred around aggressively expanding its current OTC business both in the UK and internationally.
As a result of this business growth and organizational expansion, we are starting the search for a Head of Sales for our client’s business in the UK. This is a newly created management position with the successful candidate being fully accountable for delivering volume, value, and margin targets in line with the company’s 5-year plan.
The successful candidate will need a combination of strategic thinking, customer management and commercial competencies. They will probably also have worked as or currently are National Account Managers with experience of managing Consumer Healthcare in Pharmacy, Drug and Grocery channels.
They will work directly with retailers and with 3rd party trade partners across the UK to ensure strategies are developed and executed to standards of excellence, providing the relevant guidance, tools and materials required
The role is a mix of hybrid/remote work, reporting to the CEO of the UK business. The remuneration package is being structured to attract strong, ambitious high performing candidates, who have a strong growth mindset and a high level of autonomy and accountability.
