Job Title: Customer Service Administrator


Location: Haddenham


Contract Details: Full time, permanent


Salary: £30,


Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:


As a Customer Service Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:



6. Delivering an industry-leading customer experience with excellent service

7. Managing incoming customer telephone and email enquiries, being the first point of contact for customer queries

8. Creating, delivering, and following up on customer quotations

9. Negotiating the commercial aspects of proposed solutions with customers, aiming to secure orders

10. Ensuring availability of equipment, processing and sending order confirmations to customers

11. Creating customer contracts and coordinating the timely delivery of solutions

12. Collaborating closely with field sales to identify and follow up on potential opportunities

13. Managing relationships with key clients



To thrive in this role, you should have:



14. Previous experience as a hire controller/quoted experience is beneficial

15. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

16. Excellent interpersonal skills, both independently and as part of a team

17. Meticulous attention to detail

18. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

19. Very good customer service skills
