As a key member of the Marketing team, you’ll be central to the delivery of our digital and commercial strategies, supporting the planning and implementation of marketing activity across multiple ecommerce platforms. Working closely with the wider Marketing team and key stakeholders, you’ll help drive brand engagement, growth and lifetime value across our core digital channels.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring marketing activity is delivered consistently, on time and in line with wider business goals, supporting confident, insight‑led decision‑making across digital, CRM and ecommerce activity.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of the multi‑channel marketing activity calendar across all digital platforms.
* Drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention across channels including website and marketplace activity.
* Manage the briefing process for online activity, ensuring clear timelines and approvals to support campaign delivery.
* Plan, deliver, optimise and manage customer contact strategies through targeted CRM campaigns.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure CRM activity is aligned with the wider marketing strategy.
* Review, map and improve customer journeys across channels, using tools such as email heatmaps to inform future campaigns.
* Contribute to the build, maintenance and growth of the D2C email database and social media engagement.
* Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on paid media and email performance against KPIs, sharing insights and learnings with the wider team.
* Assist with the development of SEO‑friendly content briefs for blogs, landing pages and product pages.
* Ensure campaigns are updated with relevant promotions, set up in line with the marketing activity calendar.
* Schedule marketing content across social, on‑site and email channels.
* Monitor competitors and market trends, identifying opportunities to improve performance and best practice.
* Support delivery of marketing activity for new and existing marketplace channels.
* Assist with the activation of influencer and gifted partnerships.
Your Accountabilities

* Maintaining strong attention to detail across all marketing activity.
* Adopting a data‑driven approach by analysing performance across all channels.
* Ensuring all activity aligns with wider marketing strategy and priorities.
* Coordinating content delivery across teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and across all channels.
