You can also expect to support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
ABOUT YOU You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential. We're looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing personalized care and support. There are ample opportunities for career development through ongoing training, with many Senior Carer Assistants advancing into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
