Senior Marketing Manager

Location:
Hybrid (Home working + office in Croydon) - open to UK residents only

Contract:
Full-time, 37.5 hours

EVP, Commercial Operations

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager with a proven track record in demand generation to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive qualified opportunities and align with Explori's growth goals.

This role will oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including branding, digital marketing, content, social media, and events. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate across teams, analyse market trends, and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable results. You will play a critical role in building awareness, generating opportunities, and positioning Explori as a leader in event insights.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development

* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
* Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, content, events, ABM) to generate leads and build pipeline.
* Align marketing initiatives with Explori's strategic priorities and sales goals.

Marketing Operations & Execution

* Manage and oversee all marketing functions, including branding, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and event marketing.
* Develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective execution.
* Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to optimize campaign performance and track results.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

* Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing strategies support business goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
* Manage external supplier and agency relationships to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with marketing objectives.
* Provide the sales team with support on collateral, messaging, and campaigns.

Market Analysis & Insight-Driven Strategy

* Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
* Translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
* Monitor and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.

Experience Required:

* Proven track record of success in demand generation, contributing to qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline growth.
* 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
* Expertise in developing evidence-based testimonials, case studies, and reviews to support sales efforts and enhance credibility.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing performance.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) as well design tools (eg. Adobe, Canva)
* Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams and engaging stakeholders.
* Excellent written communication skills.
