Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Paralegal to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential property law, exceptional organizational skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. This role demands a proactive, client-focused individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive research on property laws and regulations.
* Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and leases.
* Manage and organize case files and property documents.
* Coordinate and conduct property closings, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
* Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other legal professionals.
* Perform due diligence, including title searches and reviewing property records.
* Assist attorneys with trial preparation and court proceedings as necessary.
* Stay current with residential property laws and industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal in residential property law.
* Paralegal certification or equivalent qualification.
* In-depth understanding of real estate transactions and property laws.
* Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
