What will you be doing?
* You will be a 360 recruitment consultan
t, managing both the client and candidate side of the process
* You will deeply understand personality fit needed for both clients and candidates
* You will work with the marketing and resourcing team to target and select the best candidates for the clients
* Operate as a r
elationship manager to key clients for their multiple hires
along their client journey
* Speak to previous clients and re-engage them with the company
* Attend networking events and maximise opportunity to build relationships
Background Need:
* Must have 360 AGENCY experience please -
ideally 18 months +
* Have great communication skills to deal with a range of HNW clients
* Excellent ability to quality candidates on personality fit not just hard skills
* Be happy to work in West London 3 days per week (5 days for the first 3 months)
* Be very proactive
