Aspire People are recruiting an experienced but unqualified Teaching Assistant to work across primary schools in the Salford area. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and looking to build a long-term career within a school setting. While a formal Teaching Assistant qualification is not required, applicants must have relevant experience working with children or pupils within the last two years. This may include experience gained through youth work, school-based roles, childcare, coaching, or similar settings.
