Responsibilities
* Supervise and support service staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards of service
* Train new team members on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction techniques
* Monitor the front-of-house area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
* Handle guest inquiries and general complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
* Assist with inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed to support efficient operations
Requirements
* Experience working in a fast-paced high-end venue
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Good communication skills
* Skill in guiding and mentoring less experienced team members
