Role Overview
We're hiring a
Growth Marketing Strategist
who's equal parts
strategist and operator
. You'll design and run campaigns that scale across both
DTC funnels
and
enterprise AI/SaaS marketing
. From
Facebook ads and Klaviyo flows
to
ROI-driven enterprise decks and ABM campaigns
, you'll build the engine that powers GoZupees' growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a

scale impact across multiple brands, not just one.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning
* Architect
full-funnel growth frameworks
(TOFU → BOFU) across paid, owned, and earned media.
* Build campaign calendars for product launches, seasonal promos, and enterprise feature rollouts.
* Translate
consumer insights into enterprise positioning
(and vice versa).
DTC Growth & Performance Marketing
* Run and scale
Meta, Google, and TikTok ads
— from creative testing → scaling winners.
* Build
email & SMS automations
(Klaviyo, Postscript, etc.) for retention, upsell, and LTV.
* Lead
CRO across landing pages, PDPs, and checkouts
(Webflow, Shopify, Hotjar, Unbounce).
* Develop
influencer, affiliate, and content partnerships
(Impact, CJ, niche media).
* Constantly experiment with
hooks, offers, and creatives
to drive CAC down and AOV/LTV up.
Enterprise B2B SaaS Marketing
* Create
case studies, whitepapers, one-pagers, and ROI calculators
for enterprise buyers.
* Build
ABM campaigns
targeting CIOs, CMOs, and COOs in telecom, finance, and healthcare.
* Run
LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership
for lead gen.
* Support sales with content and enablement that shortens cycles and drives pipeline.
Systems, Analytics & AI Automation
* Set up
dashboards to track CAC, LTV, ROAS, pipeline velocity
.
* Use
Zapier, Make, Airtable, Replit
to automate workflows and streamline reporting.
* Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for
faster copy, creative, and testing cycles
.
* Regularly
analyze funnel data and optimize
with rapid A/B testing.
Brand & Content Leadership
* Manage newsletters like
Chaos to Clicks
and thought-leadership articles.
* Write sharp, high-converting copy for
ads, landing pages, email, and enterprise decks
.
* Keep GoZupees' voice
enterprise-grade yet creative
, appealing to both C-suites and everyday buyers.
You're a Fit If You…
* Have
3–6 years
hands-on experience in
growth/performance marketing (DTC or SaaS)
.
* Are fluent in
ads, funnels, attribution, and CRO
.
* Can think like a
full-stack growth operator
: ads + email + CRO + partnerships + automation.
* Have experience building campaigns that
deliver measurable revenue impact
.
* Are comfortable managing
vendors/freelancers
, but equally hands-on in Ads Manager or Klaviyo.
* Thrive in fast-moving environments with autonomy and minimal micromanagement.
* Bonus: Experience with
B2B SaaS marketing, agency life, or startup scaling
.
