Prospero Teaching is recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist SEN school in Mill Hill, Northwest London. \n \nThis welcoming SEN school supports children with Autism, SEMH, and complex behavioural needs and is looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to start in September 2025. \n \nRole Details: \n· Position: Behaviour Support Worker \n· Setting: SEN School \n· Location: Mill Hill, Northwest London \n· Start Date: September 2025 \n· Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm \n· Pay: GBP106 per day \n· Contract Type: Long-term \n \nAbout the School: \n· Specialist setting for children with Autism, SEMH, and complex needs \n· Strong emphasis on therapeutic approaches and behaviour support \n· Supportive and well-trained staff team \n· Regular CPD and in-house training opportunities \n \nRequirements: \n· Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs, preferably in an educational or care setting \n· Calm, confident, and proactive attitude to managing challenging behaviours \n· Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce) on the Update Service \n· Right to work in the UK \n· Two references covering the last 2 years \n \nProspero Teaching is acting as an employment business/education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
