Luxury tour operator based in central London is seeking a CRM and Social Media Manager. The role can be hybrid or home-based. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, ideally for a luxury company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
3. Develop and define the organic social media content strategy.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs.
Required Skills
1. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, preferably luxury travel.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
