Job Introduction
The Branded Business Unit (BBU) is at the heart of William Grant & Sons, responsible for developing, growing, and selling our award-winning brands globally. The FP&A team provides reporting, forecasting, business partnering, and analysis for the business unit.
Main Responsibilities
You will deliver high-quality, accurate reports to BBU leadership to support decision-making and growth. Using various WG&S systems and data sources, and through strong relationships across the BU, you will explain actual and forecast performance to stakeholders. You will support initiatives like the William Grant Way, improve automation of reporting, and enhance finance team capabilities.
Key to success is mastery of WG&S data systems, building clear reports, spotting trends and anomalies, and understanding how to drive financial performance. You will develop a deep understanding of regional business dynamics to support performance analysis. Additionally, you will business partner central teams, assisting with financial forecasting, risk and opportunity monitoring, and performance reviews.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant with FP&A experience and strong Excel skills, ideally with PowerBI and Power Query experience. You should be able to work independently and support team projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders globally, and build positive relationships.
