What You'll Do
* Fix, prevent & improve equipment issues
* Keep workshop areas clean & audit-ready
* Log jobs & parts in Holistech
* Work closely with production teams
* Minimize downtime & boost efficiency
* Follow safety, hygiene & food standards
What You'll Need
* Mechanical & electrical engineering qualifications
* Strong fault-finding & problem-solving skills
* Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs
* Safe working practices & risk assessment knowledge
* Great communication & teamwork
Bonus Skills (Desirable)
* TPM or Operator-Led Asset Care experience
* CMMS & Microsoft Office knowledge
* PLC programming
* Lean & continuous improvement mindset
