Key Hardware is a well-established ironmongery and hardware supplier based in Duncrue, Belfast. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse and yard facilities.As Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a central role in supporting the Warehouse Manager, ensuring stock is handled efficiently, safely, and accurately, while maintaining high operational standards and excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse and yard activities, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, loading, and despatchOrganise the picks via an order management system.Ensure accurate receipt of deliveries by checking quantities and condition against delivery documentationMaintain stock accuracy through regular stock checks and investigation of discrepanciesSupport timely and efficient fulfilment of branch and customer ordersEnsure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures at all timesMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environmentProvide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to warehouse and yard colleaguesLiaise with branch staff, transport providers, suppliers, and purchasing teams to support smooth operationsAssist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracyCarry out any other duties reasonably required to support warehouse and business needsEssential CriteriaMinimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse or yard.
