Now we're looking for a Deputy General Manager ready to lead from the front and help drive the next stage of growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Running shifts with confidence and control
* Supporting the GM to drive sales, standards, and profitability
* Leading, motivating, and developing the team
* Delivering exceptional guest experiences every single service
* Getting involved in event delivery and group projects
* Bringing ideas and energy to keep pushing the business forward
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in a busy pub or restaurant
* Calm under pressure — you thrive in a full garden on a sunny Saturday
* Commercially aware and standards-driven

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
