At Royal London, we believe our difference is our strength. We are looking to recruit Customer Service Consultants for both part-time and full-time opportunities at our Wilmslow office.
In addition to full-time roles, we offer part-time positions with a minimum of 18 hours per week, working shifts between Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. After completing two weeks of full-time training, we are open to discussing flexible working patterns that suit you.

What will you be doing
* Undertaking customer service administrative duties
* Managing inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
* Resolving all queries efficiently as part of a team
* Maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Reviewing internal processes and supporting workflow improvements
What we’re looking for

* Experience in Financial Services is preferred; knowledge of pensions is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
