The Role
As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
* Help maintain a positive and purposeful classroom environment through effective behaviour management strategies.
* Assist with classroom preparation and contribute to the school’s ethos of care, guidance, and support.
* Promote values of respect, kindness, and inclusion in every interaction.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
