About the Role
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic environment? We are excited to invite a Maintenance Team Leader to join our unique site in Menstrie!
This role is all about enhancing engineering and operational performance. You’ll champion a Safety First, Quality Always approach to every engineering task, ensuring effective shift management and fostering a high-performing Engineering team. Your leadership will guide the team through daily reactive, corrective, and planned maintenance activities.
As a key player, you will:
* Monitor site information channels and prioritize trades for critical issues, even if it means adjusting planned works.
* Be accountable for the performance of the shift team based on key site measures.
* Work on a rotating 4-week shift schedule of 12-hour day shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead health & safety initiatives, ensuring all engineering and maintenance activities meet the highest standards.
* Implement and adhere to Kerry policies while meeting regional, national, and local legislative requirements.
* Monitor maintenance performance against defined KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
* Communicate key performance messages and address any issues affecting plant or production performance.
* Collaborate with other functions to deliver best practice engineering solutions.
* Engage positively with functional teams, building credibility and professionalism.
* Lead daily and weekly engineering meetings to review priorities and planned maintenance activities.
* Motivate and develop your team through effective leadership and coaching.
* Manage and deliver the weekly maintenance works schedule.
What You Can Bring to the Role
* Relevant Electrical or Mechanical Trade qualification, diploma, or degree.
* Significant experience in a similar role or previous line management experience.
* Knowledge of the food industry.
* Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
* A proven track record of building solid working relationships.
* Familiarity with maintenance best practices and CMMS systems (SAP PM).
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Good technical analysis skills and proficiency in report writing.
* Proficiency in interpreting CAD drawings.
