Overview
EQUA Mead Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and forward‑thinking HR Partner. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.
Responsibilities
* Provide an excellent first‑line day‑to‑day HR advisory and support service to Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, and the Central Team within the Trust.
* Assist with project management / change management situations that arise as required, particularly in relation to Academy transfers, including but not limited to restructuring, redundancies, and TUPE.
* Ensure all agreed policies and procedures are followed consistently and to a high standard.
* Provide advice, guidance, and ensure strong safeguarding practices are observed at all times.
