About the role
Join a family‑run business where your work genuinely matters. Salary: £35,000 per year. Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Mon‑Fri) + alternate Saturdays. Location: Derby.
Responsibilities
This is a hands‑on role at the heart of our branch. You’ll manage a thriving team, offering a high level of customer service and ensuring that profit and growth of the branch is at the forefront of the business.
Qualifications
* High level of leadership qualities to manage the warehouse, drivers and logistics team
* Can pick up systems quickly
* Has an interest in cars/mechanics or previous experience in sales/advice work
* Stays calm under pressure
* Brings a positive, reliable, "team‑first" attitude
Experience with MAM or similar software is helpful, but not essential.
Training & progression
We promote people based on attitude and performance, not how long they’ve been here. For example:
* Jordan joined with no experience and is now a Branch Supervisor
* Hannah moved from retail and is now a Senior Sales Advisor

Hours
* 42.5 hours per week
* Monday–Friday between 7am–6pm
* Every other Saturday (5 hours)
* 30‑minute meal break each day
