Join my clients team as a Temporary Facilities Supervisor and take on a hands-on role in managing and improving their facilities operations. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive approach and substantial experience in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of all facilities management services, ensuring compliance with best practices and statutory regulations.
* Manage in-house services such as cleaning, plumbing, and electrical works, and respond promptly to facilities-related issues.
* Conduct building inspections, oversee office moves, and implement space planning.
* Lead safety procedures, including fire drills and emergency evacuations.
* Monitor contractor performance, ensuring services meet quality standards and deliver value for money.
* Promote sustainability initiatives and manage health and safety compliance across all facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in facilities management/supervision
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including inspections at height.
